 Biography
This is my sixteenth year of teaching.  I have taught science in every grade for the past fourteen years before coming to the high school to manage students who receive a modified curriculum.

I live in a small community not far from here referred to as Shady Grove.  I reside there with my wife of almost nine years.  We have seven dogs, 1 cat, and no children.  The Lord has not blessed us with natural children, so we have adopted several "fur babies".

I am an ordained missionary baptist preacher and serve as Associate Pastor of the youth at Higher Ground (Missionary) Baptist Church in Gadsden, Alabama.  We are a small independent baptist church who focus on serving the Lord, community, and world missionaries.

My passion is helping people.  I am easy to get along with and will do anything for anyone.  I may not be the most sociable person, but I am growing each day with the Lord's help.  If I can ever do anything for you in any capacity, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Cheers,

Mr. Michael L. Hollingsworth
